|New messages are retrieved upon logging into your
mail account. To retrieve new messages at any other time during your session, click
"Check mail" on the left pane.
|Showing More Messages|
|You can display more messages in the message list in one of the following ways:
|You can sort messages in the message list by Sender (From), Subject, Date or Size
by clicking on the appropriate header. Click the same header a second time to sort
messages in the opposite direction.
For example, to sort messages by Sender from A to Z, click From. To sort from Z
to A, click From again.
|Deleting. To delete a message, enable the checkbox to its left
in the message list and click the Delete button. You can delete multiple messages at a
time by selecting the checkboxes adjacent to each message before clicking Delete. You can
select all messages by clicking the uppermost checkbox.
Undeleting. To undelete a message, select it by enabling its adjacent checkbox and click the Undelete button.
Purging. To remove all
deleted messages from your account, click the Purge button.
|Forwarding Multiple Messages|
|To forward more than one message at a time, enable the checkboxes adjacent to the
messages you want to forward and click the Forward button. You can select all messages by
clicking the uppermost checkbox.
|To move a message from the current folder to a different folder, enable its
adjacent checkbox, select the folder from the Move To drop-down list, and click the Move

Previously Read Message
Reply has been sent
Message includes an attachment
Message is high priority
Message is low priority
|To display a message, click the subject of
the message in the message list.
|Replying to Messages|
|To reply to the message sender, click the Reply button in the message window. To
reply to the sender and all listed recipients of the original message, click the Reply All

|To forward a message, click the Forward button in the message window.
You can also forward multiple messages simultaneously.

|Attachments are listed at the bottom of the message window as file names,
preceded by the icon. To open an attachment, click on its
|To edit a message, click the Edit button in the message window. This opens
the message in a Compose window, allowing you to modify and send the message as if it were a new message.
|To print a message, click the Print View button in the message window. This opens
the message only in its own browser window, allowing you to use the print function on your
browser to print the message.
|Deleting the Current Message|
|To delete the current message, click the Delete button in the message window.
|To view detailed header details, such as Return-Path and MIME-version, click the
Show Headers button in the message window. To remove these headers once they are
displayed, click Hide Headers.
|Saving the Current Message|
|To save the current message as a text file:
1. Click the "Save" button.
|Adding an Address to the Address Book|
|To add a displayed address to your address book:
1. On the message, click "Add to
Address Book," which follows the e-mail address you want to add. An Address Book entry
screen appears in the bottom pane, with the Full Name and Email fields containing the

|To reject future messages from the current message originator:
1. On the message, click "Block Sender."
|Searching for Messages|
|You can search your mail account for one or more
messages. To conduct a search:
Click "Search mail" on the left pane.
3. Enable the checkbox under "Select
a particular date range" if you want to further limit your search to a general time
frame. Select Before or After and specify a date.
5. Click the Search button at the top of
|Jumping to a Message|
|You can move to a particular message within the
message list. To move to a specific message:
1. Type the message number in the "Go To" field and click the "Go
